How to open your own trial account

Thank you for your interest in ANTOM. The following is a link to open an account for testing purpose

Please select “Sign up for new user” is you don’t have an account yet. You need to fill in personal profile information and we shall send you login information to your email address. To logon to ANTOM, use your email address (login ID) and your password. After you have finished trying out ANTOM with its various functions, please give us some feedbacks to enquiries@marveldigital.com. Your valuable comments are very useful for us to improve future versions.

Please note that the present release is only for testing purpose and you can treat that as a beta-release. Opening account in ANTOM is by invitation. This version of ANTOM is a cloud based application. We are currently using Amazon for the purpose. Although this cloud based version can scale up to support many users, a lot of interface and usability issues have to be solved in order to put ANTOM up for commercial use. Before you start hands on trying ANTOM, please read the following points.

  1. The site is only for testing purpose. If you don’t want to upload your own documents for testing, you can try to use the shared documents that have been uploaded by other users. If you want to upload a lot of documents, we advise you to use our advance document uploader. However, you need to install the latest Java from Sun Microsystems if you haven’t done that yet. Installing Java is free and you can download it from here: http://java.com/en/download/inc/windows_upgrade_xpi.jsp
  2. The system can parse text documents in most popular formats (pdf, doc, txt, ppt, xls, mht, zip, etc.). Files that are in image form or text documents that are protected (such as protected PDF files) are not recognized by the system. This is because the system can’t parse the document and extract its semantics. However, you don’t have to worry about separating those documents. The system will simply ignore those that it can’t parse and notify you in the “notification” menu.

  3. In our future releases, we shall support English, traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese documents all in one system.

  4. In the later release, a more dependable user account will be provided where users can securely upload their private documents onto their personal storage locations. Community settings and user collaboration will be fully implemented. There will be a personalization function that can serve you better for your personal needs. This final release will take some time to development. So be patient.
