Document concept asssociationWhen you input a keyword in document search and get a list of retrieved documents, each document has a small list of concepts that are displayed under the document file name (Fig. 14). This list of concepts refers to the most relevant concepts that this particular document is about. The list of relevant concepts is computed automatically and this technology is called automatic document concept association or semantic annotation. You can click on a concept in the list and it will show you other documents that are related to this concept (Fig. 15). This is another way of exploratory search. Please note that document relevancy related to a concept is not implemented because of computational demand. |
